6T/H WOOD PELLETS PRODUCTION LINE

This production line can produce 6tons of 8mm diameter wood pellet per hour by using raw wood as raw material; the core part of this line is 4 sets of LGX-900 efficient centrifugal pellet machine.

The whole line is composed of wood chipping, drying, crushing, moisture detection & regulation, pelletizing, cooling, sieving and packing process, with consecutive and reasonable process routing. Every standalone machine is of high performance, the assembly is with compact structure, small occupation, low consumption and high efficiency. Each standalone machine will design and manufacture in accordance to the demands of clients. Installation will be carried out and guided by professional technician.

The entire line includes the following equipments:

1.Drum wood chipper;
2.Rotary drum dryer (dry the wet wood chips for easily pelletizing);
3.Crusher (crush the dry wood chips into nearly powdery form);
4.Moisture detection and humidification stir equipment;
5.Raw material silo;
6.Pellet machine (process the raw material into pellets);
7.Counter flow cooler;
8.Vibration Screener;
9.Auto packing machine;
10.Belt conveyor/Bucket elevator for connection parts;
11.Control panel;
12.Dust collectors;
